Prepare i cookies with our version it really is simple: in a few minutes you can obtain delicious biscuits rich in chocolate chips.
The first operation consists in the preparation of the compound. Put the le in a bowl flour, the sugar and yeast. Then add the liquid components: the latte, l’extra virgin olive oil and l’water.
At this point mix everything vigorously, with a whisk or ladle, until you get a rather dough denso and homogeneous.
Finally add the chocolate chips and mix them evenly.
Make the balls to put on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Bake in the oven airy a 170 °C to 15-20 min.
