Recipe: Orecchiette Tegamino

Orecchiette in a clay pot

ingredients 1 person:
• 110 g. orecchiette
• 60 g. crumbled sausage
• 90 g. mozzarella
• 100 g. of chopped tomatoes
• Two tablespoon of grated cheese
• Extra virgin olive oil

Putting in extra virgin olive oil pan and heat up, then add the sausage already crumbled and let the heart over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes. Afterwards pour the tomato sauce and cook by adjusting the mixture with a pinch of salt.
